How just playing the lottery can make you much happier

I like Eric Barker. As well as being a genuinely nice guy, he writes a blog called "Barking Up The Wrong Tree." It's about secrets for getting on in life, and he finds a way of presenting really interesting stuff in a way that's easy to read.

I was reading an old post of his about being happy - a word which seems to come up a lot in his work - and found this gem buried in the article:

People prone to joyful anticipation, skilled at obtaining pleasure from looking forward and imagining future happy events, are especially likely to be optimistic and to experience intense emotions.

Here's why it applies to something I've finished just now. As you probably know, for years and years each week at this time, I've produced my LottoPredict predictions for 117 lottery games days around the world.

They're a kind of lottery horoscope, but far more accurate :)

This is another way of picking your lucky numbers, but I don't recommend it!

But I believe LottoPredict is more important. As well as having the potential of getting you millions of dollars... the anticipation of winning this week is will make you happier.

Just the act of reading these predictions and anticipating what's going to happen does wonders for your mood.

So take a look at this week's predictions when you sign in to the Silver Lotto System private access site, or get LottoPredict there if you don't already have it.

And be prepared to make this week a deliciously delightful one, full of the good wins that might come your way.
