How creeping jackpot fatigue affects your lottery playing and how to conquer it fast

This evening I sat down eagerly at my computer and rubbed my hands together with glee.

This is the part I enjoy...

I was about to fill out the Mega Millions and Powerball results in the sidebar on the Silver Lotto website.

Every day I go to this column and update the jackpot figures.

Some have been climbing fast, like the Mega Millions, now $425M.

But the Powerball is behind at only $285M.

And I get a little disappointed.

Powerball has only gone up by $20M? That doesn’t seem a big amount.

Of course, what I'm suffering from is what every other player has also...

I call it Jackpot Fatigue.

The multi-million numbers I'm entering have made me blind to the enormous amount of money this represents.

It's silly of course. Even $20 million will make a massive difference to anyone's life.

But because we are viewing such large numbers all the time, we become immune to them.

That's why it is so hard to convince lottery players to take the low jackpot games which they have far better odds of winning.

TIP: You can win the low-prize games far more easily than the big prize games.

You can win the low-prize games far more easily than the big prize games.

And even if the prize is only a million or two - it will truly change your life.

But most of us want the eyewatering, whopping, over-the-top amounts.

For example, the $1.58 billion Powerball jackpot in the photo above attracted tens of millions more players over the play period.

Proof right there. Despite the odds being way out of their favor.

If you want to play the big games, it's your choice, and I provide advice in these articles to help you do it.

Of course, many of the large jackpot games also have big secondary prizes - usually a million dollars, so you won’t miss out.

And these amounts are still life-changing.

So pick the prize figure you want to win and go for it!
