Louise McNicholas of Ystalyfera in Wales won a cash prize after her cat Max was chosen in the national Free Cat Lottery.
After Max's name was chosen out of a hat, his photo was shown on the lottery website so that Louise could claim her winnings.

Speaking after she had won, Louise said, "Max is a poorly cat, he has feline asthma and has to have a inhaler. I like to spoil him when I can and thanks to my winnings I can buy him a warm comfy bed for the winter."
