Like any good business, I offer a lot more than appears on the surface. And buried in some of the website pages are a host of services I've offered over the years. So I rounded up 7 free services that are current now for 2020. Take a look:

It's surprising how many online businesses don't answer their customer support issues. But it takes a lot of work and time that many owners (and me) don't have. So I formalised my scrappy Gmail support a few years back to the current Support Desk system, and it's worked better than I ever expected. I try to answer your queries within 24 hours, 7 days a week, but sometimes that can stretch to 2 days when I'm really busy with the rest of my System. The good thing is that the FAQ at the Help Desk covers most questions, and I suggest everyone really take a look at using that first. You'd be surprised at the number of questions I get that are already answered in the FAQ sections.
